Your First Steps

You are just a few steps away from starting your wellness journey. Follow the simple steps below to get started.

Step 1

Submit a New Client Form, answering a few simple questions. Your answers help us connect you to the therapist on our team who best matches your needs.

Step 2

After completing the New Client Form, one of our administrative staff will contact you to discuss setting up an intake appointment with one of our clinicians. During the intakes, you and your therapist will get to know each other and decide if it’s a good fit for therapy to begin. At WWC, each client receives two intake sessions to ensure we capture as much of your history and needs as possible. We will never rush you or move faster than what feels right. If WWC is not the right fit, we will always provide appropriate referrals if needed, so you can find the best care.

Step 3

Once you have a therapist who is the right fit for you, together you will decide the best meeting schedule (weekly, twice a month, monthly, or a combination as worked out with your counselor). Typically, sessions are 53 minutes but can be adjusted to suit specific needs.

Step 4

As your sessions progress, your therapist may introduce specific methods to aid your healing and equip you with tools for the future. Our counselors are trained and proficient in a wide range of therapeutic modalities.

Currently, we are providing therapy online using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
